Before your hire we will need you to supply - a clear image of the back and front of the drivers licence, DVLA licence check code, 2 utility bills dated within the last 3 months

Drivers with current points or driving offences are permitted to hire as long as they have no more than two offences, with only 3 points per offence

The lorry is supplied with a full tank of diesel, you are required to return it with a full tank of diesel

Failure to do so will result in a charge for the missing fuel and an admin fee 

Breakdown cover is with Equine Rescue Services, they offer recovery of the vehical and your horse. Please enure you have your horses passport on you at all times, as they will not be able to collect your horse without this.

It is a legal requirement to always travel your horse with its passport 

The lorry is supplied to every hirer disinfected and clean, you are required to return the lorry in the state it is given to you. Please ensure the horse area is swept/washed out completly. The living and cab area are to be wiped and swept out

Failure to do so will result in a £60 fee
